Acrylic, Bench (HC rear)

Bench acrylic for 7' Sunvision® light commercial tanning beds. IMPORTANT: This acrylic has the hour counter window toward the rear of the bench. If your hour counter is toward the front of the bench, use acrylic part number 21340.

In order to make sure you get the correct acrylic, the customer MUST put the following information in the "CUSTOMER'S NOTES" when placing an order for this acrylic:

There will be 2 labels with the manufacturing information for your bed which we need in order to get the correct acrylic for your tanning bed.  The manufacturer's labels will be located in the center of the bed near the power cords.  What we need to know is the following information from the TOP LABEL: 

                                          1) Type/Model of your tanning bed;

                                          2) Date of Manufacture - Month AND Year;
